Saturday 17-8-24 👻ing

Hey there all you lovely blenderers, how’s it going with you in your part of the world. Too hot, too cold, too wet, too dry or just right?? Here the weather forecast says: sun and clouds, 22 degrees centigrade max. Perfect for my plans today! But it’s your plans we want to hear about, so let’s get to it!

Workouts: one, two, three, nil?! I know some of you are having rest days or taking it down a notch, having just finished a challenge or programme or just listening to your body! I finished Kayla’s 5 day challenge and really enjoyed it. I will revisit some if the workouts, that’s for sure. But before I do that I‘m off to some nature conservation volunteering: sandpatching. So the weather is perfect for that!

Food: I can copy my lines from earlier ghostings… no idea. So please tell me all about your plans, which might help me decide on what to do. Oh and a question that came into my head as I was preparing dinner the other day. I have the very bad habit of munching on lots of the stuff I sm preparing: eating bits of peppers I am cutting, eating cheese that I am grating etc. Not tasting to find out if something is good, just picking and snacking while I am preparing. Do you do that? Any tips on how to stop that?
