I only just now realized that I wrote Thursday on yesterday's post. I also put my trash out for pick up yesterday thinking it was trash day, when trash day is actually Wednesday. So I havent' a clue where I am, what I'm doing, or what day it is.

What do your workouts look like for today?
I did a shorter upper body routine with Erica yesterday; and I think I'll do some core and cardio with Brian today!
What's on the menu for today?
Hopefully some real food instead of some random 'whatever I can find" nonsense from the fridge!
And I've no Dogust pics for you; but please share yours! Any and all furbabies are welcome!
