HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 14th

Good morning Blendfriends,

How are we feeling today? I thought since some of us are struggling at the moment (including myself) we could use some positive affirmations today. Take what you need. I take a few for myself.

I am really scared and worried about my medical procedure on Friday. I can't be lucky twice. It is hard to get those thoughts out of my brain and they are taking up a lot of space.

I still did not do any workouts. Yesterday was even hotter. I did my normal flexibility routine this morning and of course biking to work. For some reason, I feel like those do not count, but I know they do. Stupid brain. I have some core workouts set aside for today, which should be a cooler day. It is probably helpful to focus on something else at home instead of dwelling. I also started a new book, The Wager. I am looking forward to it. Hopefully, that helps too.
