I have to get a move on getting this thread up as national S'mores day is August 10. It is also national lazy day so you can take your pick as to which day or both you want to celebrate. For my Blender friends not in the US please join me in celebrating.
I really liked s'mores growing up. I learned about them in Girl Scouts. I came home from a camping weekend and told my parents all about a new dessert recipe I learned. My dad remembered how much I liked s'mores and years later he proudly shared a recipe he found featured in the newspaper for how to make s'mores.
Last week we got into a discussion on whoopie pies and moon pies. Moon pies are very similar to s'mores but oddly while I really like s'mores I don't really care for moon pies. To further digress guess what I saw when I was grocery shopping last week?-moon pies. I had to take a picture. I didn't have to buy any. I'll share the picture in the comments.
Ok I have rambled on enough about s'mores now let's get to exercise. Do you all see Kayla's new mobility challenge? I am excited it starts Sunday. I really like doing short mobility and stretching workouts during the day or before bed. Her challenge will be a cohesive set of workouts that will connect with each to give us a balanced set of mobility workouts for 5 days.
Yes I am still working on Abs3. I should be done in a few days.
