What do your workouts look like for today?
Yesterday I ended up doing some active recovery with Brian. I was just too tired and sore for anything else. I'm not sure what I'll end up doing today. I'll figure it out later!
And what's on the menu for today?
Not sure on that front!
And finally here's another bear gif for you! This is from the brown bear cams I usually watch. Mr. 856 was totally creeped out by that fish coming at him.
