HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 7th

Good morning Blendfriends!

How are we doing this Wednesday? I am still blah. But maybe the second half of the week will turn around. There is hope.

Lots of nonsense yesterday at work. People just being genuinely stupid and inconsiderate. I am hoping today for a victory, otherwise it might be out the window for me, provided I can climb over the safety glass. Luckily the fall isn't too bad. Maybe a couple broken bones.

What is on the plan for today? I am willing to bet money at least one person is spending time in a garden. I am hoping to get to the gym today. It should be lower body but I will try to include 2 total body moves. Thanks, Heather for sharing Erica's workout. I haven't done that one and it gives me some good ideas. And I also agree with Martine, I do like the isolated movements because then I can be a bit more focused. Maybe a mixture is the right combo for me.

We're suppose to meet a friend for dinner tonight but we still do not know what time. If it is too early it will collide with the gym so I will have to go later or figure something else out.
