Because this is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) routine, you’ll want to play around with pacing, your weight selections, and range of motion for each exercise to elicit that breathless “how am I going to finish this exercise?” feeling. Becoming increasingly comfortable with the discomfort that intense training brings will help you conquer future workouts that are just as difficult.
Remember to only bump up your weights once you’ve mastered each movement pattern. We’re moving pretty quickly while adding load during most of this workout so safety is key. And don’t make my mistake of not bringing along a towel to wipe away the sweat!
