First 14er!

I hiked my first 14er this summer! It was a challenge coming from sea level, but I’m so proud of myself. Can’t wait for the next one. Been working out with Fitness Blender since 2015 and I credit them with being part of what has helped me overcome anorexia. I lift weights, love HIIT, do 10-15 mile solo day hikes, 50 mile bike rides, etc. No way could I do any of that if I weren’t eating enough calories to build strong muscles. Be kind to your body. ❤️
