I’m excited to give you a little behind-the-scenes look at something I’ve been working on! This new 10-day challenge takes a different approach to training—combining muscle-building with cardio, using both dumbbell and bodyweight workouts in some of the formats we love and a few different ones. This blend is designed to help us build muscle and increase cardio, promising exciting results. And, of course, some special appearances from Harlan.
It’s been a fun process putting this together, and I can’t wait for you to experience the benefits of this new challenge.
