I’ve been excitedly planning, writing, and filming some sweaty but empowering content for you all. I can’t wait to share these brand new workouts with you! We’ll be focusing on improving our strength and speed using a blend of training modalities. There’ll be heavy weights and many out of breath “oh my goodness” moments. You might even crack a smile or two every now and then. These hints probably aren't very helpful to you but they’re amusing to me.
Pictured above is Lily checking on my writing for these new workouts while taking a few hours here and there to nap (I often needed to put in headphones to block out the chainsaw sounds of pug snoring). She did inspire some of the exercises so I should probably compensate her for her contributions. Fair is fair.
So what are we thinking? 5 days of workouts with me? 10 days?
