Weekly Roundup: Week 2 of Strength and Cardio with Brian 10-Day Challenge

Hey Team!

Welcome to Week 2 of our Strength and Cardio with Brian 10-day challenge! This is another great chance to keep moving and pushing ourselves. I caught COVID this week but felt good until the end and kept going strong. Harlan was clingy, so I did a few pre-workout walks with her to get moving.

This week, let’s work on getting that one extra rep when we can and pushing a little more. Let’s enjoy Week 2 and keep up the energy. We’re almost there, so let’s finish strong together! 💪🏾
