Hi there, Pals! It’s another sunny day, in other words, the sun is trying to kill us. I did a bodyweight cardio interval kickboxing routine with Tasha because I didn’t want to aggravate my elbow/arm pain while having laser therapy. It wasn’t a good idea though because, and I should’ve known, kickboxing moves do require your lower arm… Anyway, I’m not going to work out tomorrow or over the weekend which is my way of apologising to my elbow.
Let’s move on to our fact-finder fragment. Did you know that babies are born with no bacteria in their bodies? And did you know that 111,111,111x111,111,111=12,345,678,987,654,321? Also, did you know that NASA scientists have discovered stars that are cool enough to touch? (unfortunately, I couldn’t find the source…) Bonus fact: There are more than 400 distinct phobias well recognized by psychologists.
All right Pals, I need to go now to figure out what I should have for lunch… Huge problem.
