NEW! 10-Day Challenge Coming Sunday

Hey everyone!

Today’s the day: where you get to learn a bit more about my upcoming 10-day challenge (since I left you hanging last time…).

Launching THIS Sunday is the 10-Day Functionally Fit with Nicole Challenge. Inside, you’ll find 10 brand new workouts — scheduled out over 2 weeks — with me!

Quick facts:

  • Low-Impact Workouts
  • Only dumbbells and optional mat needed
  • All 25-35 minutes
  • Balanced weekly schedule with strength, cardio, mobility, and HIIT
  • Mostly level 3 workouts (with the exception of a couple 2’s for recovery)

Who is it for? While the program caters to many levels, it is mostly geared toward beginner-intermediate level exercisers (I do recommend having at least 3 months of consistent exercise under your belt).

What’s the focus? As the title alludes, we’ll be working on gaining functional strength, endurance, and mobility! I want you getting stronger INSIDE the gym with movements that you tackle OUTSIDE the gym. Expect to move and feel better at the end of our 10 days together.
