What do your workouts look like for today?

Guys, I am super sore in my upper body from yesterday's workout! I loved that upper body routine--three rounds of three exercises focused on the same muscle groups?? Yes, please! But it does mean that I'm feelin it today. And I peeked at todays' lower body workout; and it looks flat out beastly. Good luck to you BBB buddies on gettin that one done today!

And what's on the menu for today?

There will be food! That's as far as I've gotten!
