Hello all you lovelies, Saturday 👻 checkin with me today. I hope you will enjoy my rambling… or at least feel happy enough to check in with me.
Workouts: anything happening where you are? Still contemplating what to do or fully organised and ready to do whatever is on your calendar. I have a non FB activity today: Goodgym is off to do some gardening in preparation for a grand opening of a local community garden. Last time I was there I was laying a brick path. No idea what’s in store for us today. Do you have any non FB activities? Or are you happiest when sticking to FB structured workouts? Do you use other fitness websites?
Food: easy enough today… we are off to a friend’s house for a BBQ. She usually has lots of food, so I am sure that will be the case today. Is your weather good enough to do a BBQ? Or are you just not into that at all? What are you cooking and/or eating today? One or more courses? Inside or outside?
