A few fun facts about this workout — it’s all bodyweight, all-standing, a scalable level 3, and done in 30-minutes. This might already be checking a few boxes for you!
As the title alludes, we’re working in an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) format. While AMRAPs are very common in strength workouts, we will be utilizing it for cardiovascular endurance improvements in this particular routine. Within each of the four 3-minute working blocks, you’ll conquer 3 exercises for as many rounds as possible. The goal is to elevate your heart rate to a moderate-intensity, and hold it there. This is different from a HIIT-style workout that has short bursts of maximal output. I must say, it was a very fun — and sweaty — change-up!
Exercise selections are a blend of low and high-impact (jumping) but all with modifications to include as you see fit.
