New Workout! Total Body Weighted and Bodyweight Strength

Good morning FB Family!

You’ll target the lower body then upper body in this full body routine that incorporates both weighted and bodyweight resistance training:

Total Body Weighted and Bodyweight Strength

All except a few moves are straightforward; therefore, you determine the overall intensity of the workout with your weight selections. This is a great routine for benchmarking your progress with a few traditional weightlifting exercises and is also a good option for “non-thinking” movement days, those days during which you want to move your body but want a relatively uncomplicated workout structure.

I was most proud of myself for not dropping the weights despite several “close call” moments. I’m sure you all will have other impressive proud moments of your own — feel free to share them below.
