New Workout! Bodyweight Cardio Combos

Good morning FB Family!

Today’s workout release is a great option for those days when you want to rev up your heart rate but aren’t necessarily looking for a HIIT (high intensity interval training) routine:

Quick Bodyweight Cardio Combos

This roughly 24-minute workout is a great addition to a strength-forward training regimen in need of a cardiovascular element and is also a solid option for some “sweat-steady” work (staying in a moderately challenging aerobic zone). The 60-second intervals of work will encourage you to maintain a sustainable pace while moving with a sense of urgency and intention. You should feel breathy but not entirely breathless!

Yet again, the timer decided to “disappear” some of your recovery time into thin air before the last combo. Legend has it that I’m still looking for those five seconds of rest.
