HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 6th
Good Saturday morning! We had a bit of a cooldown overnight, so the first thing we did this morning is open the patio door and windows. It will be short-lived, as the humidity will go back up this afternoon.
We currently have grey skies and it’s raining. That type of weather makes me feel like staying in my pjs and just lounge around all day. I’ll do that for a while this morning. We decided not to go out today, other than to walk Loki and for me to get in some kilometres, when it stops raining.
Later today I’ll continue the Kettlebell challenge. Many of the movements make kettlebell workouts feel like cardio. And I find it difficult to complete movements where I have to pass a dumbbell under my legs. The shape of a dumbbell makes it hard to pass it from one hand to the other quickly, especially if it’s heavy. But I’ll make the best of it. I’m switching around the last two workouts from week 1, keeping the recovery workout for tomorrow.
Other than that, we’ll enjoy a relaxing day, doing some laundry and a bit of housecleaning, watching sports and a movie tonight. What will your day look like?
