Hey all! How goes the Friday? Did we make here alright? I hope so.
I've gotten a little more sleep and a good amount of coffee in me right now to feel reasonably okay about my Friday.
But go ahead and tell me about your workouts and food today. Are you getting what you want out of them? ..There's a nice new barre workout from Erica that I'd like to try.
Picture for today makes this a Fruity Friday with some Chickasaw plums. I've shared the blooms before, but now I've got the fruit. They are a wild Florida find, but these fruits here are from trees that I planted years ago. For them to have so much fruit now makes me happy. They are small, only the size of a marble with a big seed (imagine a cherry seed) in proportion to the fruit, but have an intense flavor like a cranberry mixed with a plum.

And then come Monday time, the return of our ever fantastic, Kim of Kims!
