Hello beautiful Blenders,

And happy 4th of July for all who are celebrating.

We decided to stay a few days longer in Koh Tao otherwise we would be again in Bangkok and in Koh Tao we sit better on our balcony with view.

My husband and I walked into the main town this morning. And OMG it is really terrible. So many backpacker kids somewhere between 18 and 25 who are allergic to cloth and behave really badly. The entire town are only hostales, tour operators, souvenir shops and restaurants with western food. And everything with a very stressful atmosphere. We are really lucky to be away from all the party locations and weed shops.

Last night there was a thunderstorm at the sea and I watched the spectacular lightning when the sky got lightened up.

Workout was our trip over the steep hill into town and back. A good walk of an hour to an hour and a half.
