Hey Blenderz! What's going on?

I'm your standard off label brand of tired and busy but let's get to everything, shall we?

Workouts, yeah? I'm finding it nice to stick around 30 minutes, so I'll find something targeting upper body within that time frame. But what about you? I hope the movement is enjoyed and you are progressing with your goals.

And how about food? Share what's good and fueling you!

Picture for today is of a Big Caltrop. It took me a while to figure out what this one was. A quick glance would have one think it's some type of purslane, but it is definitely not. You don't really want to eat this one, not that you were thinking about it.
