HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 2nd
Good Tuesday morning! It’s only 5am but you can tell that this will be a hot a humid day. I will go for a walk early, to avoid the heat.
As we just finished the first half of the year, I chose the sports quote above to encourage myself and others to continue to work hard towards your goals and be successful in the second half of the year.
One of my goals this month will be to walk a average of 2km per day. I was inspired by Alina’s goal, aiming for an average instead of a specific daily distance. It’s a manageable goal. I also have added the Kettlebell challenge to my calendar. I don’t have kettlebells but most moves can be done with regular dumbbells or by modifying.
I may have to consult my pharmacist or my doctor regarding the eczema breakout in the crooks of both of my arms. I’ve been applying hydrocortisone cream morning and night as prescribed, but if feels like the eczema is not going away. It’s been one week, and I have to apply the cream for three weeks, so I have to be patient. I’ve also developed a rash under my arms from a new antiperspirant. I’m getting all of these new issues during perimenopause, it’s annoying. But I’ll get through them.
