Hello all! Can anyone help me how to modify exercises performed on the knees? I cannot lean on my knee because of an operation I had at the end of December. The knee has recovered completely well, but all exercises performed on the knees do not work for me. I am a beginner again because I was not allowed to exercise for a year before the surgery. I have missed it tremendously.
Now I am rebuilding a schedule but low impact exercises like birddog, plank on knees, kneeling reverse leg elevator etc .... Also stretch exercises like cat cow, child pose etc are not working for me, but how can I modify these exercises so that I can still achieve the same result in training the same muscles.
