Okay, so catch me up, Blendfriendz. What have we been doing with workouts, food, and life in general?
I've been busy and tired. So I've tried to pick shorter or lower intense workouts to sort of "recover" from Tasha's challenge that I've finished over a week ago. I liked taking it down a notch so much that I'm continuing to freestyle for now and choose some options that speak to me. Erica's latest looks good!
But what about you? How are you moving and grooving today?
And how about some food? My mind is all on coffee!
