After over a year of recovering from injuries I finally got to a point where I was lifting weights for upper body. I then just began of strengthening lower body by doing weightless squats and hip hinges. on day 2 of this I got a procedure done on my toe! I was down for over 2 weeks. I’m finally getting back to normal but I cannot do stretches or exercises that require sneakers! I also cannot do exercises that have the top of my foot facing down for example child’s pose and cobra. Any advice or encouragement? My friend has been wanting me to join her in fitness journey . She had a worse injury before me. I’m ecstatic about my journey but my injury set me back and now this? She just did a 5k mud obstacle course 🥲
