Did you know that if you go to bed at 8:30, getting up at 5:30 isn’t so hard? I just learned this, lol! I practically sprang out of bed!
But that’s the only “springing” I’m doing today. It’s a rest day here, and my body needs it after that total body week of the 30 day challenge. What about you? Are you doing any springing? In the ocean, with Tasha or Brian, on a mountainside or bike? (Actually, don’t spring on a mountainside- that could be dangerous!). What’s on your workout schedule today?
Food! I think Inge has steak and chips on Sundays. Cabob does Sunday pizza. What are you having today? We are doing sandwiches and potatoes. And I taught one of my twins to make chocolate chip cookies, so my guys will have those while I snack on frozen grapes. (So good and refreshing!).
