HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 23rd
Good morning friends!
I am here for Julia while she is traveling around Thailand. I hope the little bumps they have had smooth out.
We've been busy bees and I haven't checked in.
I took my usual rest day Friday and then tried a recipe for the cookbook. It was a pistachio crusted cod recipe and was delicious! We will definitely make it again.
Yesterday, I went to the gym and did a pretty intense leg session which I am paying for today. We then went on a Funselfahrt. You go to a winery and they drive you around the vineyards in a wagon while you drink wine. It was a friends surprise birthday. We then ended up in town at the Summer Festival. We were not home until 11pm.
I slept in a bit today and my legs are so sore. I wanted to go for a run but it is also so warm already I don't think that will happen. Instead I will go for a walk and maybe do a core workout. I will check what is new to me on FB.
Tonight, I will try at least 2 more recipes, a fish soup and some Cheese Gougéres.
