I've been consistently working out and eating healthy for the last 2 1/2 years and I've lost ~100 lbs. I am still considered overweight for my height, and I want to lose another 30-40 lbs., but I think that I have come to the place in my journey where I've hit that notorious plateau. The only thing I haven't really been doing is keeping track of what I'm eating/portion size. I think that's what I need to do to reach my goal, but I've never really done that, so I'm looking for any tips/suggestions/guidance to help in my success :) thanks in advance!
