ANYWAYS! How are you doing today? Any fun plans for the weekend? Or maybe youāre like my mom and you go on a cleaning rampage on the weekends? Or are you relaxing? I am going to a going away tea for a friend, then taking a meal to another friend who just had a baby. Iām hoping I can get some baby snuggles in.
Letās get to the point: are you working out today? Either with FB or moving your body some other way? I am doing day something of the 30 day challenge, an active recovery with Nicole.
What are you eating today? Share whatever food you want, doesnāt have to be dinner! Iāll share my lunch (not literally- get your own, ha!): itās going to be āpizza beansā- white beans cooked in an herby tomato sauce, topped with a creamy vegan cheese sauce that firms up a bit as it cooks, but it also a little bit stretchy. The flavor is very reminiscent of pizza, and oh so good!
