What next?

I am going to finish up the reboot program at the end of this week. It's been good for me to get back into working out. The physical part has not been too difficult, but the mental challenge has been surprising.

I want to keep the momentum up, but I'm not sure what to do next. I really need/want to focus on strength training, but know that long workouts tax me mentally at this point. Not to mention I have three extremely full and stressful weeks at work coming up. All the more reason to keep at it, I know.

Looking for any suggestions in terms of program. Free or plus, I'm here for it. Thanks!
