I have a request for the trainers, maybe specifically for Kayla, Amanda, and/or Nicole.
I was wondering if they could possibly produce a core focused video that is more geared towards ab gripping, and how to properly engage the core to avoid the muscular imbalance that comes with that (also how to relax the upper core while still engaging the lower abdomen would be super). Maybe something with a combo of stretching, relaxation, and strengthening? Just something sort of generic to give an idea as to things to work on, or watch out for, when dealing with this.
