I am warm! Ugh! The low temp for last night was 70 something, and it made for not good sleeping. I get night sweats regardless of temps; but they are especially bad when it is warm. So that's rather unpleasant. It also means it's gonna be another hot day today. And humid. We don't get as humid as some places (like southeastern US), but we do get it.
Anywho, let's talk workouts! What do your workouts look like for today?
Yesterday I did a shorter lower body routine with Erica, and I absolutely loved it! It was this one: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/legs-and-glutes-tri-sets-regular-half-and-slow-tempo-reps It was a scorcher for using lower weights and being on the shorter side timewise. I loved the cool down at the end; it felt so good! As for today; I think I will some core and upper body Pilates with Amanda!
And what's on the menu for today?
Something cool! Including some watermelon!! Yay for that!
