Hello all you lovely blenderbuddies, itās not so early here. I had a nice lie-in! Now my first heavenly sip of coffee and I am ready to š»! Mind you, very unDutch here: I donāt like real coffee, I prefer weaker instantā¦ I know, probably āsacrilegeā to most people. BTW hubs does not drink coffee at all!
Anyway (again): workouts? I have a rest day but I will go for a nice chatty walk with a friend this afternoon. What about you? There is so much new stuff coming out. Anything you are particularly excited about? Any āmust doā workouts on your list? Do you still look at oldies at all?
Food: we have a board games evening with two other friends. We bought some chicken satay and yellow vegetables curry from the āhomemade frozen goodā shop. Weāll have noodles with that and lime poppadoms. Gin and tonic semifreddo for dessert! Definitely a lazy cook day. How about your menu? Exciting things or some good old comfort food?
I guess thatās just the photo left! We are sticking to the theme of Anneās photo yesterday! My sister sent me this the other day. She is like me and especially our dad: forever seeing thingsā¦ in trees/plants/wood. Her question to me and my question to you: do you see an owl in that tree? I did after a few seconds! Do you? Answer in reply. Edited after a comment by Anne: Donāt look for a real owl like her pictures!
Look after yourself everyone and will read you later. Oh and donāt forget: we have our wonderful Kim of Kims back tomorrow. Kim, I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. Basically I hope you all are. Oh and Shabnam, if you happen to see this: have s superduper time with your family!
Lurk, read, comment, hold forth: everything is allowed on here, as long as we are supporting each other!

Anyway: a question that came up yesterday: after lunch I seemed to be snacking mindlessly non-stop all afternoon! I reckon itās because we worked hard in the morning. Do you find yourself at times snacking a lot/non-stop? For what reason or reasons? Can you stop yourself then? I got myself a huge mug of milky coffee, which seemed to help (for a bit š©). Oh and letās not forget fatherās dayā¦. Are you doing anything for your father/partner/husband? Hereā¦ oops I forgot that it was today!
