I am quite tired, and quite sore, tbh! Tasha's been killin me with the first two workouts of the week! I know today's suppose to be kind of an 'active recovery', but it's still a level 4! Hopefully I can make it through it. It's gonna be tough! lol.

And what are we refueling with today? What's on the menu, Blenders?
I dunno. I got lots of ingredients, and little to no idea what to do with them! I'll figure it out tho!
