HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 12th
Here we are at Wednesday again. Thankfully.
As I have been mentioning, my motivation is low. I am still coasting along but it all feels hard and annoying. I think I am suffering from post-holiday depression as CK mentioned yesterday. But if anyone finds some motivation lying around, it is probably mine.
Enough complaining, let's focus on the good. Good workouts, good rest, good food, maybe good books? What is going on for everyone?
I will sneak out of work early today since I have built up some overtime and I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with stuff at home. I will get some groceries and then head to the gym. I will do a back and upper body work out. This time I will focus more on the shoulders. I expected my biceps to hurt a bit today but they are not so I will hit those again.
Dinner will be some sort of tomato salad and maybe some fish? I will see what I find at the store.
