Program recommendations with a cardio focus

Hello all! I've been a Blender for many years now and am currently halfway through the newest 30 day challenge. I've found my cardio endurance isn't where I would like it to be and would like my next program to be one that has a stronger cardio focus. Any suggestions? I know I could add on running or some other endurance cardio on my own time, but I don't enjoy those and know I need a program to stay accountable.
