Does it feel like we've made it? It has been a long week over here and not really slowing down today so let's get going.
Starting with workouts? Yes or no? I'm in the yes camp with day 5 of Tasha's challenge. More balance and core work. Buddies, how has the first week been for you? I've been sore, but it's good. Next week is suppose to be harder according to Tasha, so rest up!
And however you are moving today, I hope it is just right for you today.
Hopefully the food is right as well. I suppose there is no wrong food, but pizza seems right for a Friday.
Picture for today is of a Pitted Stripeseed. Not only are the flowers a beautiful gold yellow (altho, this one is feeling the weight of the week) but the common name can serve as some sort of shakespearean insult, right Coby^^ ..But can it really be insulting if you are being compared to a flower? At the heart of it, I suppose not.
Good luck today, my Pitted Stripeseeds! .....Yeah, that's just not going to work.
This weekend we will have our talented Karen as your guest host (ghost) for the check-in, so do be sure to check in with her! Thanks again so much, Karen!!
