Working out? I am with Tasha and her lengthy level 5 workout. I'm going to embrace a "don't think, just do" attitude. Wish me luck! Just as I wish you luck in whatever challenge awaits you, be it a tough workout or rest.
As far as food? No idea!
Picture I leave you with strays from the white flowers I've been sharing with this Periwinkle. It's not a wild flower, but one of the rare flowers that I own and remember to water.
