Looking for a free exercise/fitness journal page

Hello fellow Blenders! I’m looking for a recommendation for free printable fitness journal pages. I will soon be starting Tasha’s 10 day strength program & want to be able to track the weights used at the beginning and through the 10 day period along with the other parts of my exercise program (walking, bike rides, etc.) along with times and other data to judge progress.

If you have a recommendation, drop the link in any replies.

I also think this would be a great addition to Fitness Blender/FB Plus.
