NSV: planking

I just came back from climbing. The climbing itself did not go great. I did some strength training afterwards. I planked for 30 seconds, 3 times in a row and it felt easy. Then the kids training team, which my son is in, did 3x 45 seconds and I decided to join them. Nailed that one as well. The kids were struggling (teens), I felt fine. 💪🏻
