Request: Video (series?) for pregnancy modifications of common exercises
Hi guys/girls/trainers ^^
As I'm currently pregnant again and there aren't that many prenatal workouts around just yet I started again with looking for mostly low impact workouts that don't target the core (too much).
Last time doing it this way I tended to just do whatever when I encountered something that didn't feel quite right or I thought wasn't fit for pregnancy (especially 2nd trimester onwards, mostly core-related).
Looking through the vast field of low impact options now, I really wished there were some more info on how not to destroy yourself with workouts while pregnant but still getting the most of your time – hence this request. ^^
What I had in mind was something like "these are the most common things with these kinds of workouts you need to look out for and this is how you can modify/swap to still get a good workout without doing harm", preferably as an instructional video or a video series going for different areas of the body/workout types etc.
Would be super awesome if this could be a thing. ^^
