HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 3rd 🦗🐦🐿️

Hello Blendfriends, it's a blissfully cool morning before we head into a few days of heat wave (three days with highs arond 30C and a humidex well beyond), so I've got all the windows open to stock up on cool air while I can. Right now, I'm just enjoying the morning. The crickets 🦗 are chirping, birds 🐦 singing, definitely June.

Ha, just as I typed that, a squirrel came into my balcony garden, peeking into the tomato crates and I clapped loudly to chase it away. Yes I'm smiling (ok, laughing), but maybe not so calm. Ah well. It was a wonderful moment, I'll find others.

I'll admit I'm feeling good after a really productive weekend. The balcony garden is nearly finished and I've got the community garden plot 3/4 done as well. I'm feeling pleasantly sore muscles after all that. Considering all the heavy lifting, this is definitely a sign that my back is on the mend. Deb recommended an "express" upper-body workout by Daniel that is tempting me, but I might wait till my soreness is further gone, and do deep core work, or stretching today.

What have you got planned for this Monday? I think Julia was set for some inline skating, any other fun activities ahead?
