Hey FB family!

Week 1 of our 'Beyond the Build with Brian 10-day Challenge' is LIVE, and I couldn't be more excited to get this going! This challenge offers a great mix of workouts to keep you engaged and challenged.

As we focus on building strength and setting a solid foundation, I encourage you to use this opportunity to push yourself a little more. Step outside your comfort zone and aim to go a little heavier with specific exercises or push for that extra rep. The exercises in this challenge are fundamental, providing the perfect platform to challenge yourself.
