New Guided Breath Focus Meditation!

Hi everyone! Today I have a breath focus meditation for you:

Breath Focus Meditation

The point of this meditation is singlehanded, to bring your attention to your breath alone - setting aside your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations for just a few moments.

This type of meditation can help you to feel more calm, improve focus, and has even been shown to be an effective tool to cope with negative emotions (even without focusing on emotions!). It is a great one for beginners as it has something specific to focus on and is also great for intermediate and advanced meditators who are looking to deepen their practice.
