Hello Pals! How are you today? I can only repeat myself over again; I have a lot to do. Also, my social batteries are so low I can practically chuck them out because they are useless. Right now, I’m alone in the office but the window is open (because I don’t wish to suffocate) and I have to listen to people chatting outside. I’d love to chat outside. Correction. I’d love to BE outside. This constant chatter is tedious.
Anyway, let’s chat about exercise. The last week of the 30-day challenge is rather tough and the routines are long so my mornings are pretty fast-paced… My arm will probably fall off at one point. Sometimes I can completely forget about the pain and then poof it’s there again out of the blue. I’ve also developed awful skin problems on my face so that’s going to fall off too and I hope I’ll find a new attractive one soon. My body is really busy trying to find new ways to make my life a lot less enjoyable while my mind is busy keeping it as healthy as possible so we’re at cross purposes right now.
Let’s move on to our fact-finder fragment. Did you know that if we could capture just 0.1% of the ocean's kinetic energy caused by tides, we could satisfy the current global energy demand 5 times over? Also, did you know that 29,000 rubber ducks were lost at sea in 1992, and are still being found, revolutionising our knowledge of ocean science? Sometimes accidents lead to discoveries. Bonus fact: At the ocean's deepest point, the water pressure is the equivalent of having 50 jumbo jets piled on top of you. (which would make us the world’s thinnest pancake…)
All right, Pals, I need to go now, it’s Wednesday so don’t despair and don’t forget to eat cherries. I’ve probably already told you to eat cherries so I’m just reminding you at this point.
PS, my Chinese money plant has grown a lot, hasn’t it? It’s so cute.
