I really want to start by thanking you all for your words of support yesterday.❤️ My Monday was pretty hectic and busy, but I'm hoping today can be more chill. Weather wise, not so much. It's is summer before summer. And right now I'm treated to a morning thunderstorm.
Anyway, how are the workouts going? ..I went with Nicole yesterday, so I think today is a good time to try out Tasha's latest with a bench. I don't have a bench, but I'll make it work. How do you all approach bench workouts? Don't do them? Have one? Use something else? Maybe take a Brian approach and make that floor your bench? I'm curious....
As far as food, I'm not really sure. How about you? I'm thinking something suitable for hotter temperatures would be great. She says as she sips on her hot coffee.
Picture for today is of a Tick Trefoil. It's a small flower, a typical summer bloomer, but not unusual to see them now around here. The seeds they make have an amazing ability to stick to your clothes.
