How to combine FB Plus and the gym?

Hey folks,

I recently got a gym membership so that I could have access to barbells. I am hoping to lift heavier. I also have FB plus for a year.

I am looking for suggestions on how to combine both! I am thinking of following the FB workouts with the freeweights. Or doing variations of the exercise using machines and less free-weights. Unsure which would be a better option.
