Daily Check-in: Friday, May 24th

Hello Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

We've almost made it to the weekend! For a good chunk of people in the US, it's a three day weekend too. Which is great for the time off--but not so great in that we get an influx of reckless and careless people vacationing in the area.

Anywho, before I go into full grump mode [too late], let's talk workouts, shall we?

What do your workouts look like for today?

I am undecided. I've been enjoying dialing things down this week and doing some body weight stuff, so I'll probably continue along that path for today.

As for food? What's on the menu for today?

I'm really really not sure there. Like more unsure than usual. I'll let hubby decided on that later, because I can't be trusted to make a food decision at this point.
