Daily Check-in: Tuesday, May 21st

Hello Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

I am pretty tired. It's been busy, and I got a lot of things to do still. But that's ok, one step at a time.

Ok, so let's jump right in again today!

What do your workouts look like for today, Blenderz?

I did Erica's newest lower body workout yesterday, and today I'll find an upper body routine to do.

What's on the menu for today?

Coffee. Loads and loads of coffee.

Finally, a pic!

This is a yellow-belled sapsucker. It was hanging out on this small willow, girdling it. (Yes, where it was pecking holes into the tree 10000% triggers my trypophobia tic. But I wont pass up a good bird photo even if the tree next to it makes me feel queasy.)
